Christopher and Jenavieve

1) Tell us how you first met? Who what when where why? Give us the dirty details.

We first met at 3rb Brewstillery for a painting class. Jenavieve was wearing sweatpants and a long sleeve t-shirt and she was walking up the street towards 3 Rivers, as I was walking down the street towards her. I saw her across the street and stopped in my tracks, and looked in shock as she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen :). During the painting class, we could not keep our eyes off each other, even the class instructor asked if we were on a blind date when we first saw each other.  It was the way she looked at me as we walked down main street, the way she held her head. The way she texted me the week after we met for the first time, the way we talked on the phone, the connection was immediate, it was deep, and strong.

2) When did you know he/she was the one? Was there something he/she did?, etc.

When I was kicked out of my parents house for going out with Jenavieve, and I moved in with her.

Jenavieve knew I was the one after we were first intimate 😉

3) Tell us about the proposal. (Did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning?, how did you feel? nervous, excited, freaking out?)

I proposed to Jenavieve in the kitchen of our home, but even before then, Jenavieve knew I wanted to marry her, and expressed my desire to her mother who had already picked up on the subtleties of my actions towards her.

We both had unwavering excitement and knowing of each other, the proposal was not heartpoundingly scary, rather it was like an admittance to a returning of two souls to each other. We both knew we wanted to be together forever, we both knew we were the ones for each other, and the proposal was a reflection of past lifetimes spent together, and another in each others arms.

4) Tell us the one thing you love most about each other.

I love Jenavieve’s nurturing abilities, the way that she holds me, heals me, and cradles my soul.

I love Christoper’s humor. The way that he makes me laugh until my sides ache!!

5) If you feel comfortable, share with us something silly or quirky the other person does.

Christophers locks are extremely quirky!, and I never know what direction his little horns are going to be growing in with each passing day.

The fact that Jenavieve often sneezes in groups of 6 absolutely infuriates me to hilarity

6) Besides getting married – what’s the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?

I was looking forward to my first dance with Christopher to one of my all time favorite songs.

I was looking forward to the official beginning of my married life with Jenavieve, I most looked forward to wearing the rings we gifted each other with great pride, and truly looking on her as my wife.

7) What’s your favorite trend for weddings right now?

8) What inspired your décor or theme?

The love of HALLOWEEN and, the sacred ancient ceremonies that occur on Halloween all over the world

9) What’s one thing you wish you would have known earlier in regards to planning?

It would have been nice to know that we would be getting married during a pandemic war between two political asshats.
